Job Description

• ATS has specialized in flatbed freight for the past 68+ years
• No money down, no credit check, no walk away fee
• No fixed expenses for two weeks
• Average $1,300-$2,000+/week after all expenses
• Paid 65-67% Revenue + 100% FSC
• $350/load minimum pay
• $1,000 Sign on Bonus
• An additional 3% revenue bonus will be paid if the driver averages over 7200 miles/month
• This bonus equates to an average of $100-$200/week just for running more than 1800 miles/week!
• 2,000 – 2,500 miles/week average
• Lower miles = less wear and tear on your truck, but ATS’s high paying loads = high pay check!
• Specialized career path opens up after 3 months for drivers that want to haul Heavy Haul/ OD/ DOD freight and make more money – Think Wind Turbines!
• 25% Tarping – Not moving “sticks and bricks”, stay away from low dollar, high risk freight
• Non-forced dispatch
• 1 year lease – $4,000 completion bonus at the end!
• Once they are done, they have these options:
• Do another 1 year lease and get another $4,000 completion bonus. Can be done as many times as they want until it’s at a low buyout. (Driver will be in the same truck)
• Turn in the truck and get into a 3-4 year lease with a small buyout at the end.
• Turn in the truck and go to ATS’s dealership where ATS has purchase options. (Outside bank financing , ATS will help get the application done)
• No trailer rental fee
