Drivers are assigned their own tractor and slip seating is done when equipment is in the shop or during heavy volume times.

Must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience in the last 3 years.
No DOT Preventable accidents in the last 12 months
No Major Moving violations in the last 12 months.
Must be a pre-formed team (no solo drivers will be matched with a teammate)
Must be able to work holidays
Must be able to drive at night
