- Combination of drop and hook and tailgating (moving freight to back of trailer to be unloaded)
- Drivers typically depart during the day and get home in the evening and most of the time
- Drivers work any Holiday except Christmas Day. Any Holiday a driver works they receive regular activity pay plus holiday pay.
Parking
- Onsite at 200 North 4th ave, Altoona, PA 16601 or other approved secure location.
Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday – Driver departs Altoona, PA at 10:00 AM stopping at Distribution Centers in Enola, PA to load/unload prior to swapping trailers with a driver coming out of Roanoke, VA at a location in Clear Brook, VA. Driver will stop in Enola, PA again to load/unload before returning to Altoona, PA.
- Tuesday – Driver departs Altoona, PA 08:00 stopping at vendor in Grove City, PA to drop off or pick up freight and then returning to Altoona, PA.
- Thursday - Driver departs Altoona, PA 08:00 stopping at vendor in Emporium, PA to drop off or pick up freight and then returning to Altoona, PA.
- Friday-Saturday (out overnight) – Driver departs Altoona, PA at 08:00 with the following Distribution Centers stops: Conway PA, Bellevue OH, Elkhart IN, (break overnight) Bellevue OH, Conway PA. He then will return to Altoona, PA. Typical return time is 1700-1730 Saturday evening.
