- 26% linehaul – Averages 75 CPM overall
- Guaranteed minimum back up pay of 60-65 CPM – make whichever is greater between % and CPM!
- Specialized career path opens up after 3 months for drivers that want to haul Heavy Haul/ Over Dimensional / Department Of Defense freight and make more money – think Wind Turbines & military tanks!
- Only 50% Tarping – Start by mostly hauling construction equipment like Genie Lifts and Bobcats
- Not moving a lot of “sticks and bricks”. ATS prefers to stay away from low dollar, high risk construction material freight
- Majority is Direct Customer Freight – very few load board/broker loads
- Peterbilt 579 , Freightliner Cascadia, and Volvo VN860 trucks
- 12 speed automatics
- Mostly Petes and Freightliners, very few Volvos
- Inverter, APU, onboard navigation
- $1,000 orientation & dispatching completion bonus on first load
