- $5,000 sign on bonus (paid in 6 month increments over 2 years)
- $28.00 Drop and pick up pay - all drops that are live load/unload
- Detention = $23.00/per hour (after 2 hours, in 30 min increments)
- Layover pay = $240.00/per day starting on 3rd day.
- MRS offers Over the Road Driver Retention up to $5,000.
