- Contractors have access to CRST Contracted freight, DAT Load Board and other outside load boards. Contractors are not restricted to just CRST freight. (CRST will not pay or give login for DAT board though)

- 68% or 73% of Revenue + 100% FSC
- Start at 68% pay. After 90 days the driver has the option to dispatch themselves and the pay will increase to 73%. If the driver stays under dispatch, the pay will remain at 68%.
