- Non forced dispatch to the following states : Northern NJ, RI, CT, ME, VT, NH, MA, and NY
- PTL will pay a $100 bonus to go to NY and $75 bonus for the other states listed.
- 90% of the Freight is East of I-35.
- 51 - 60 CPM
- Pay: $1,175 - $1,680/week
- Annual Pay: $61,100 - $87,360 (top earners up to $98,000)
- Bonus: Up to +4 CPM monthly performance bonus + clean inspection bonuses
- $20 per stop (excluding first pickup & last delivery)
- $4,000 sign on bonus
- $75 Hazmat bonus
- 12 days out / 3 days home
