- 42 - 60 CPM + ($0.02 per mile increase)
- Pay: $1,100 – $1,736/week
- Annual Pay: $57,200 – $90,272 (top earners up to $98,000)
- Bonus: Up to +4 CPM monthly performance bonus + clean inspection bonuses
- $20 per stop (excluding first pickup & last delivery)
- $75 Hazmat bonus
