- Drivers will always receive the greater amount while on this program. Either $1500 or earnings that grossed more if requirements are met
- Trips will no longer split while under the true up program. Loads dispatched Sunday or prior and finalized after Sunday, will pay in full the following week.
- Drivers will be eligible for the safety and productivity bonus if requirements are met.
True Up Requirements
- Drivers will adhere to a minimum of 12 on and 2 off schedule and must be available Monday (0800 or sooner) -Friday EOD (1700 or later)
- During that period, drivers must be available every day in that time period to receive the true up, minus 34-hour restarts. If good recaps are available, the driver is expected to run recaps.
- Drivers can’t have any driver-related service failures. (Examples: extended breaks that cause failure, not honoring pta and poor trip planning)
- Drivers must be willing to run all 48 states
- No load refusals
- No preventable accidents
- If unavailable part of the week or refusal to reseat if in shop status, you will revert to normal pay for that week

- $1,400/week or 56 - 60 CPM, whichever is greater if requirements are met for the first 6 months.
