1. Purpose
Drivers 1st is committed to the safety and protection of children in every context in which we
operate. This policy establishes our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
(CSAE) and applies to all users, employees, contractors, and third parties who interact with the
Drivers 1st mobile application and related services.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Drivers 1st mobile application (the “App”), which is a professional
networking and referral platform designed exclusively for adult commercial truck drivers. The
App facilitates driver-to-driver referrals and employment connections within the trucking
industry.
The App is not intended for use by minors. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an
account or access any features of the platform. Any account reasonably suspected of belonging
to a minor will be reviewed and removed.
Drivers 1st does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the App. If we become aware
that a minor has created an account, that account will be promptly deactivated.
3. Zero-Tolerance Standard
Drivers 1st maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation.
The following are expressly prohibited on the Drivers 1st platform:
- The upload, sharing, transmission, or storage of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or
- any content that sexualizes minors.
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors in any form.
- Using the platform to facilitate access to, or communication with, minors for abusive
purposes. - Any content, communication, or behavior that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a
child.
4. Prevention Measures
To enforce these standards, Drivers 1st implements the following safeguards:
- Age Restriction: Account registration requires users to confirm they are 18 years of age
- or older. The platform is designed exclusively for adult professional drivers. Accounts
- identified as belonging to minors will be removed.
- Content Moderation: Drivers 1st reviews reported content and communications for
violations of this policy. Review processes are in place to detect and remove prohibited
material. - User Reporting: Users may report content or behavior that violates this policy by
contacting Drivers 1st directly at nick@drivers1st.com. In-app reporting functionality is
planned for a future version of the App. - Account Termination: Any account found to be in violation of this policy will be
immediately suspended and permanently banned. Drivers 1st reserves the right to take
all available legal action. - Law Enforcement Cooperation: Drivers 1st will report any known or suspected CSAM or
exploitation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and
cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
5. Reporting a Violation
If you encounter any content or conduct on the Drivers 1st platform that you believe violates this
policy, report it immediately:

www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality. Drivers 1st does not retaliate against
users who report in good faith.
6. Policy Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban from the
platform, and referral to law enforcement. Drivers 1st reserves all legal rights and remedies
available under applicable local, state, federal, and international law.
7. Policy Updates
Drivers 1st will review and update this policy as needed to reflect changes in law, platform
features, or industry best practices. The current version will always be publicly accessible via
our website and within the App.
