As a contractor recruiter at Drivers 1st, you're the connection point between CDL drivers and our 30+ strong, tested carrier partners. You connect with drivers, learn what each driver actually wants and needs, and match them with the carrier that fits — not just any carrier, the right one.

Once you've found the match, you help drivers complete their full DOT application and ensure a smooth handoff to the processor. And unlike our competitors, you have full transparency — you can see every driver through the entire process from first call to hire.
